Any more info on the party bus? We're looking for a nearby hotel, one with a shuttle close by would be outstanding.

I had 10 stay in my 1-bedroom apt at the RFK shows in 1986, so extrapolating out, 50-60 here easy. Plus the back yard is huge, and the woods beyond that are hammock central.

Folks, I am serious. If you are in for the Lube and want to avoid a hotel, stay here and we'll caravan. It's a usually easy 25 minute trip. Beds are claimed, but my back yard can hold multiple tents, the driveway an RV or two, and there are 4 couches that I routinely sleep on. I'm on a cul-de-sac and backed up against woods with deer, fox, and small furry rodents. Wake up to find out you are disguised as a squirrel.

Besides, have I mentioned that I'm Greek? That means food, food, and more food with copious amounts of alcohol.

I am excited for the Lube D&C show and got a small family group of 4 together again.  Excellent row in a back section, for good price and seat balance.  Corporate meddlers made row A in the back sections a x2 VIP price increase this year, at least for the presale, but I got row B.  Seems like it has been years since the last one, but it was just last summer, right?  That was the post-vax bubble when all seemed good, when we are in one again now.  I don't care how slow they play, Mayer still gets some great hot traded solos and duels with Chimenti, and the song improvs or variations are within an expected range (take note: Dylan).  Hope everyone gets what they want, seats or no seats.  I'd far prefer to go out of town to see them, but the Lube is where I can swing it for sure.  $75 premier parking, sheesh.  If only my group could head over as early as I would like, to catch some parking lot grilled cheese.

Well, I did consider that exact point, but it was the easiest and latest to tag onto!  You caught me on that!  However, as mostly GD fans here, I'm also interested in (and respect) more details on the negative D&C comments (i.e. slow tempo, done it enough already, venues, capitalism, etc.).   You convinced me just now to learn emojis so I can smile.  Dang, that's easier than I thought!
