Where we gonna do this meet up thing?

Where? ADA is an easy choice. When becomes the sticky question.

Seeing as Arlene and I are going VIP our suggestion is there should be two one for us and one for GA. The one for us close to where they're going to host the opening BBQ. The one for GA at the triangle stage. My logic in these two suggestions is as follows VIP everyone attending the BBQ will know where the meet - n - greet is.

ya, uh, i dont think you'll find anyone interesting in going along with this plan. that being said, i would encourage everyone, everywhere to meet their neighbors, but trying to have a separate meetup without the common folk just comes off a little snobby.

I'm going SVIP & think the ADA section is the best. Friday or Sat before the main stage starts when everyone will be heading that way anyways would work good. I hope to meet a lot of people in all areas & the BBQ but as far as a forum meetup I think one planned meetup where we all can meetup together will work best. I have a hard time getting around but will find some time to wander around, see the tree, check out the campground, look for peoples camp markings, just enjoy everything I can.

I don't know that I'd have put it as indelicately as all that, but bottom line: this poll and thread are about the forum meet and greet. Therefore, it should be accessible by all forum members. If arlenentim, or anyone else, wants to have a VIP meet up, no one is stopping you. Simply start your own thread is all.

And I did vote for ADA even though I don't have a clue where it is that's why I made the comment "the sign for ADA will be located where".

I'm referring to being on site is there a sign indicating this way to ADA?

Just like at bonnaroo I fully expect it to take at least one whole festival for us(me) to put this here that there,and remember where it is enough to say to a noob you are here and you want to go there here's what you do.
